POLAR BEAR was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November  17, 1993, with its’ pioneer branch located at #48 A. Rodriguez Ave ., Manggahan , Pasig City starting operations on May 13, 1994.

With its first plant fully operational and serving the needs of the food industry, the management realized the needs of Mindanao for a controlled temperature room for the region ‘s food chain deployment and the development of the food  industry . Four years later, POLAR 2  located  at Davao Fish  Port Complex, Daliao, Toril, Davao  City was  set up and started operations on August  8,  1998.
